Our Foster Program
To be a good breeder and produce nice family dogs, a breeder must have a number of good quality dogs.
We have found that the foster program is the only way to do this.
We will not keep a large number of dogs.
Poodles need to be a part of the family and do not thrive to their full potential in a kennel situation.
That is why we have a foster dog program. Our foster families are close friends and family who permanently adopt one of our poodles. Their poodle lives with them forever. Males remain in tact studs for as long as they are healthy and able to be studs. Females adopted will have 1 litter per year; and are spayed after about 3 litters. Females will come home to us to have her babies and then return to foster families after pups are weaned and homed. Males just visit long enough to sire his litter then return home to the foster family. This way, we never "retire" and re-home a poodle. Our poodles are already in their forever homes. Apricot small mini Poodle

Pippi is a apricot, mini poodle, AKC/ UKC registered. Pippi is a very sweet, docile pup with a sassy side. She is small but mighty. She loves running around with her friends at the dog park. Pippi loves attention and being with others.
Here is a picture of Pippi and Elliot with their mom, Cindy who is their permanent foster family. Cindy loves poodles just as much as we do.
Cairo, who is a small toy, lives with Shawn and Duane in Belleville Ontario
in his permanent foster home where he is cherished. Cairo is the happiest little man alive to have Shawn and Duane as his dads. He is their little prince. 
Please meet Tammy with Ivannah and Uma, toy poodles. Tammy is the dog groomer at our favourite local all natural pet store, "Little Stinkers." Tammy is the foster mom to Ivannah. Ivannah, on the left, is a 5.5 pound little brown phantom princess that wears a lot of bling, fancy dresses, fur coats and gets groomed nearly every day. Ivannah and Uma are sisters. Uma, on the right lives with Gramma. Ivannah will be having a litter this spring. Uma weighs only 4 pounds and is too small to be bred. Ivannah is 5.5 pounds.
